      Why does Regression Chamber work on elemental allies with "steadfast"? If the ally can't be exiled, then how can it be returned to play?

      Hi. According to the text of Regression Chamber, the ally loses all abilities before it is exiled. This wording and effect are used precisely so that RC can be used on all the Stardust Elemental allies.
