I think we can spread the prizes and the points system flatter to encourage more participation, something like this perhaps:

1st - 4 Prize Packs, 4 Premium Foil Packs, 4 SF Packs, 1600 SC
2nd - 3 Prize Packs, 3 Premium Foil Packs, 3 SF Packs, 1200 SC
3-6th - 2 Prize Packs, 2 Premium Foil Packs, 2 SF Packs, 800 SC
7-10th - 1 Prize Packs, 1 Premium Foil Packs, 1 SF Pack, 600 SC
11-16th - 1 Prize Pack, 1 SF Pack, 400 SC
17-22nd - 1 Prize Pack, 300 SC
23-30th - 200 SC

Win - 24 points
Draw - 12 points
Loss, opponent has no cards in deck - 4 points
Loss - 2 points
DC loss - 0 points

Also maybe the leaderboard and prizes could be tallied twice monthly/ fortnightly instead of weekly.
