Random Tournament Covered_Warriors of the Blue Phoenix

Random Tournament Covered_Warriors of the Blue Phoenix
    Greetings players

This tournament will test your knowledge on SE. Its easy to build a deck that fits your playstyle, but what would happen if you have to play with a deck that has not been built for you? That's what this tournament is about.

Each participant will send me 2 decks that will have to meet the requirements specified below. I’ll make a draw and each participant will receive 2 random decks different from the one he sent to me: I’ll send you 2 different random decks each round; You can’t show this deck to anyoneand any question you have, send me a pm; If you can’t manage to build 1 of the decks i sent you (because you don’t have all the cards), let me know and i’ll send you a new one or allow you to make changes to the current one.

The deck will not be the most competitive in the world so if you can’t drive different builds, this is not your tournament.

    Requirements for decks :

    Maximum 40 cards + Hero
    No SF cards
    No Legendary cards
    Maximum 5 allies 2cc
    Maximum 9 allies 3cc
    maximum 4 allies 4cc
    maximum 7 allies 5/6cc
    Maximum 20 ability cards
    Minimum 8 cards draw
Hero Victor banned for his BUG

    Tournament Rules

1 – Hero and deck blocked by opponent,You must send me 2 decks that fulfill the requirements and i'll send you 2 random decks each round.

2 - All duels are decided best of 3. Whoever starts duel 1 is random, in the 2nd duel should start which was 2nd in the first one and the third (if necessary ) is also random who begins .

3 - To avoid any disconnection problems occurring during a duel, their fate will be decided by your opponent ( except the bug already known to all) .

4 - Rule of " Absence " This is taken in 3 ways: 1 ) If a participant attempts to communicate with his opponent and this one never responded to these attempts . In these cases you will won 2-0 for being the person that made the effort to play the match. 2nd) If the 2 participants tried to communicate but could not find a date to play their match. In this case i’ll provide some extra days. 3rd) If noone attempted to communicate or asked for extensión, the game will end up tied 0-0.

5 - There is nothing that can not be fixed with communication, be respectful of your opponents, meet the agreed dates and times and please do not try to cheat or take advantage of your opponent in any way.

7 - You have seven days to play and report your duels.

I don´t get the rules completely. You send us a random deck you built every new round and we have to try to beat our opponent with it?

I don't fully understand the rules.
    Who's choosing the decklist?
What does "Hero deck and blocked by opponent, deveis use heroes that you sent in any order you please" mean??

    Easier to understand now

You make 2 decks, you send these 2 decks to Tuhlsadum. He will make a draw between all decks that he got from players. After the draw, you'll get 2 random decks to play 1st round and so your opponent.
For second round Tuhlsadum will make another draw with the same decks sent for first round and you'll get 2 new random decks to play second round and so on in every round

    I stil don't understand lol.
Please don't use Google Translate, ask a guildmate for help!
English is not my native language, so it's even harder to understand if it isn't written correctly.

EDIT: thanks Colosal, now it's clear!
