no. never. pero sa scoring system ngayon mas madali makasali. basta babad ka sa laro makakaipon ka ng points.
dati kc ELO system. ngayon hindi na masyado reflective sa true skill ang top 100. ang top 100 ngayon yung most active na (with a lot of wins pa rin syempre)
pero kahit di ka kagalingan, kung 12 hours ka siguro maglaro, papasok ka sa top 100.
