Hi. I think you misunderstood what we mean by "oversized". Foils are always zoomed in somewhat, and that's not what we mean by oversized. As you say, you have 20 doubled-sided non-foil heroes and 20 single-sided foil (zoomed in) heroes in your complete set.

BUT you should also have a separate pack of double-sided doubled-sized heroes which say "Oversized Heroes" on the pack. There are 21 in there because 1 is Carmila.

Nope - don't have anything like that - only the "normal" complete box which have cards in it as I described previously - no separate package with really "oversized" cards.

Any advice please?

No cards are going to be bigger in size, like Gondo said its a zoomed in picture, w the CotC art on the other side. Just like a foil card in the game, the image is bigger, and shiny!

I beileve you are looking at the " oversized hero's". Already!

( but lots of us thought they would be the size of greeting cards or something when they were first announced! )

Incorrect. Gondorian mentioned zoomed art to distinguish it from the oversized cards. Dark Prophecies pre-order bonuses include larger physical hero cards. One set of 21 should come with each ordered item (booster, epic, set or playset).

As a separate matter, the regular-sized hero cards are double-sided, with original art on one side and alternate art on the reverse. This was all discussed in detail during the ordering period.
