Order shipped to wrong address!!!! Despite numerous requests for update!!!

As per subject, I wonder if anyone can and / or is willing to help with this!!!

In short....WHAT THE HELL!!!!

I have sent numerous emails and queries both through the website and to sales email over the last 6 months!! After advised on this forum I also sent two emails directly to Kyle requesting to update my address!! Not only the address haven't been updated on the pre-order, or I haven't been provided any functionality to do this, despite all my requests.
What's worse, I have never, ever.....got a single response to any of my queries, from anyone, in any shape or form!! (don't even start me on checking my spam folder I do it daily!)
I have only just received email finding out that the order for which I have been waiting a year has in fact shipped......to the address that I don't have an access anymore since last august!!!!!.can you advise what on earth has happened!!!

WTF?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm still missing the exclusive Shadow Mann ally card that I ordered...I haven't received any email either.

OK, sorry for the confusion, I just checked my email and I did actually get a notification from the shadow era store about 2 hours ago about one of my orders. So I guess others will be getting emails too now.
