What is shown in merchant shouldn't depend on which hero you have selected in deck builder. I know this has been confusing for newer players who looked for specific card but merchant wouldn't show...

Would be nice if Pick-a-Card gets implemented in Merchant as well. Could give foils by default because nobody uses it for non foils anyway.
