You are missing the point, and blindly assuming you are correct in your assumption.
Again, if you are so sure, lay out a time line, and map the time it takes in between version releases. As long as Apple's approval process is shorter than the time it takes to develop the release, you will only ever be waiting the time it takes to develop the release.
Your claims of having to wait longer between versions are wrong, and if you could step back and analyse your argument, you would see that.
The only thing that increases is the time between the version being ready, and it being available. However, as that delay remains a constant, after the first release, the time between versions back to what it was.
At least go and look at it logically.
