Make sure the cards are not in your deck, if you had 6 and you now have 2, that's the most likely suspect.

i just check my deck it says one or more card were missing from my library and i just got them yesterday, if missing cards only happened yesterday i think i lost 9 cards in total which are 3 crimson vest, 3 soul seeker, and 3 beetle demon bow. and they are not on my deck nor the library, please give my cards back, i spend 4200 cold on them. thank, and i just reply moment ago about my experience loss as well.

They can't really just magically guess which cards you had you know:)

Sorry I will have to close this thread because it is not helping matters. Please email support@shadowera.com with details of your losses, like if you made a purchase for how much and from where. Of course I am working hard to properly credit everyone but it will take time, please be patient.
