What if the fact-giver employed some rudimentary Expert System strategies:
Notices the player's experience level, such that beginners get more frequent fundamental rules info, and more advanced players get more nuts-and-bolts stuff, and experienced veterans get unusual edge-conditions. Of course, everyone gets the occasional joke, fun fact, or lore blurb.
Beginners can tolerate a fair amount of random order repetition, because there is rather a lot to absorb. Long-time players would probably rather see a random quote from the Lore or esoteric stuff like Logan's ability in v1.62 than see the same old shite for the umpteenth time....
I like the idea of having lore facts. Lore is hard to come by and I think it would create a pretty cool experience to get tid bits about character and race lore.
FACT:
When a target "loses passive abilities" it will only lose abilities that are:
- key words (such as stealth, haste, protector, etc)
- are passive abilities controlled by the targeted
Thus Raikka's ability can not be nullified on her allies, as Raikka controls the ability AND the passive ability is not key words.

I think the better fact would be telling people that keyword passive abilities are the only passive abilities that can be granted from one card to another. Then, when something loses passive abilities, it means just the non-activated abilities written on it and any keyword passive abilities being granted to it.
Awesome idea!
Fun fact nice!

It'd be great to have this. Especially for the new players.
