So I've played a few games with Priest of the Light substituting for Jasmine Rosecult and I like the results. It's true what the previous poster said, I never use Jasmine's ability. Works well with the bow too, as for each PotL summoned, it increases your max HP. All four out, you have 32 HP, and if you take damage, can heal back up to 32. Synergy is very good.
To the poster above me, not true. I just beat a Lance deck. Arrows/traps for all the stealthed shit, and use Lily Rosecult to bring the arrows/traps back, not the bows.
I'm also thinking about adding x2 Spelleater Bands incase I don't need to have the draw power.
The hardest matchup I've had was a boris rush deck. He smoked me, and there wasn't a whole lot I could do. Partly because of bad draw for me, and what seemed like endless perfect draws for him. In the end though I can see that being really tough if they get tempo early.
I actually played one of them the first time with this deck... I eventually got the board back with a very good draws of bows (which helped me regain all that HP). But yea, to recover from that you'd have to get a really nice draw.Quote:

Im glad you liked Priest of the light instead jasmine, though the main thing is not expandig hp to 32, it postone most of abilities in shadow era.
I've had to get used to the 1 hp difference PotL has, but it fits the deck better imo. What do you mean about postoning most abilities if I get his hp to 32?Quote:

My Deck is far from being completed in the TOs fashion, but I'm working on it.
What I loved to be doing yesterday when I had the drawing luck for it, was playing a potl, and when he (Boris) damaged me, I'd just retreated him back to my hand to cast him again, so he never got his 4 points together to cast his ability.
Still, I often lose with this deck. Need to work on the cards some more!
