Reason: most classes do have some way to accelerate their card amount, and the others can destroy items, so this is fairly balanced. It will also fore the opponent to be much more careful with what cards they use.

Flavor: "This is what happens when you don't share your meat with me."
Could up the cost to 4, reduce the duration to one turn, or both.
I had a similarly named ability I thought would be good as a rogue hero ability but it works here too...
