Btw I know that it will be hard to decide on which cards to choose, so start thinking about it now ;)
I will allow to change your mind and your list until brackets are up, but please try to do this only once.
Something that might not be clear in OP, I will post the card list of each player at the same time as the brackets!

So if I understand correctly round 1 is basically just choose a deck and play it because the restrictions do not effect your deck (unless you are running something very odd), but since there is no decklock between rounds if you want, you can change your deck but must use the same card pool (4 heroes listed and 64 cards listed)?

Hm I don't get why you distinguish round 1 from other rounds? For all round you have a restricted card-pool that you choose. 4 heroes and 56 cards which you can use 4x to build your deck for each round.
