What's the customer support request?

You can't point to one bad case of poor organisation to justify another. And " going to happen in a timely fashion" is another of those smarmy cliches that attempts to gloss over the fact that Wulven has mislead supporters with its Kickstarter push for money. I think a great percentage of customers did not expect to be still waiting 12 months for their product. True Wulven did not specify exactly when this would be finished. But the whole emphasis of Kickstarter was that with our donations it would be sooner rather than later. This is not the case. Wulven reached out to its support base, us players, for assistance and when we reach out and ask where is our product the reply is that we will get it " eventually" ..."in a timely fashion.." I don't think they should be attempting anymore Kickstarters ...
In my opinion, you shouldn't need to post something like this and only then maybe get some information about promised things that are late. I don't think not having enough time to construct a response is the issue here considering it's been quite a long time already.
I don't have any hard feelings towards the kickstarter as I didn't back it and I think it was quite expected that this would happen. At the same time I do think it's dumb that there's been no progress and nothing stating that there will be any, or when there will be any.
My opinion doesn't have that much value because I didn't back the kickstarter but I think the biggest problems are the lack of new cards and the lack of transparency.
:|... I sent an email to customer support about changing my account email and it was taken care of by the time I woke up the next morning. Admittedly it's probably not a difficult thing to do.
I would like to know more about how things are going. ATM I'm not sure at all what aspects you're working on right now, and what you plan on bringing out next. Nor any ideas on timeframes.
Progress was made.
We've managed to score a glitchy beta expansion, that lacks art and is full of bugs. And a wiki. That was scrapped. Then another wiki. That isn't updated as often as the scrapped wiki...
$78,000+...
Oh and don't forget the funds were supposed to go toward digital development, but physical cards were released immediately after the kick starter closed.
I would certainly hope so. But to be quite honest, bugs are recognized and corrected only because the community has done their part, once again, and a single member of the DT, Gondorian, has as well.
So, as we know, the community has funded and play tested for an entire year to rid the system of bugs.
And other development is either unheard of, or no progress has been made.
There was this back in October that mentioned progress with campaign:

But I agree that an update for Kickstarter backers specifically is long overdue.
