I kind of feel this is unfair as it is both semi arbitrary and not mentioned in the OP (as far as I can tell I apologize if I missed it).Quote:

It mentions replacement players having 0 points but that sounds like it is referring to new players all together and simply specifying they don't get the points of the person they are replacing.

The Pro Tour committee apologizes for being so late on calculations and informs all players that in the "cutting" were considered individual points even if gained outside of teams. After a long internal debate, not without consecuences, we agreed on this point to be fair to players that obtained good results and risked to be put out the pro tour finals.

That isnt correct sir. The rules were only meant to nullify a player's old points only for the inner rally for slots gained within his new team.. Not generally nullify his total points. I can verify the intention cause i wrote them. ( Btw there are imaginable ways to exploit both this or the opposite so lets skip speculatiom)Quote:

Since BP Maxi1230 was already qualified for WC, A1 Umbabarauma and TJ SamuelJ did one more game to resolve the tie. It ended 2-1 for Umbabarauma
