Rekindled Rebirth - Seafarers Release Coming Soon!

You may have noticed that Balor has an inordinate amount of ocean coverage, so one would think that the seas would be teeming with ships. And where there are ships, there are pirates!

We are proud to announce that we will soon be releasing the first ships and pirates to grace the seas of Shadow Era!

Ships and pirates come with a completely new mechanic that allows us to simulate some of the protections and abilities afforded to the mariners of old. In these first 2 example spoilers, you will see the Tempest Queen, a mighty ship of the sea that gets more effective the larger its crew becomes. The friendly allies on shore benefit from the support of its guns, and the ship sails away when enough losses are incurred on shore.

The Swashbuckling Avenger also has the ability to come ashore to reinforce its friendly pirate allies when they take casualties.

The problem with pirates is, they like to snatch things from other people! This next ship, the Captor's Crest is just the kind of ship you don't want hovering around your troops because when it is, they tend to go missing! Even cards in your deck aren't safe when you are facing a pirate opponent. Those Devious Dockhands tend to load them into their hands before you even draw them!
