ISO: Advice on my Rothem-Ravager 50 Card Deck!

I haven't played this game in quite some time. I bought some cards and fooled around with a deck. I would really appreciate any tips/criticism on this build.

Hero: Rothem, King Of Layer
Allies: Rapacious Vermin [x4], Spitfire Hound [x4], Bloodstained Marauder [x4], Cleric of the Asyn [x4], Ravaged Zealot [x4], Murderous Hulk [x4], Grimjaw Hydra [x4], Thriss Demolitions [x4]
Abilities: Crippling Blow [x4], Blood Frenzy [x2]
Item/Artifact: Thriss Assault Plinth [x3]
Weapons: Spectral Saber [x2], Pithing Spear [x2]
Armor: Rothem's Visage [x2], Cleric's Mantle [x2]

Anyways, like I said earlier, I'm inexperienced AND out-of-touch (NOT a good combo, lol), so i'd appreciate ANY advice, now matter how insignificant you think it may be. Thanks for your time.

Rothem can be kind of tough to use. Here is a link to ROK Hello's build.
It works well, and may give you an idea about how to improve your deck and playstyle.

3 words draw, draw and draw this deck is lacking that. Blood frenzy is one of the best draws in the game so x4 that. We now need a secondary draw personally I like blood thristy so what ever you pick x 3 that
Spitfire is a lack luster turn2 drop I know we are trying to go ravager here even so it Karash is still a better turn 2 drop
Vermin x4 is too much x3 will work still

i would then pick either hydra or thriss as my turn 5 and cut the other one personally I lean toward thriss

Next I would add 2 more spears as it will boost your se for faster use of it

Bloodstain is a ravager but you can't get the most from His ability and I would cut him

Hope that helps you may also want to cut the numbers of some of the cards to get closer to 40 so your deck becomes more constient

yes, draw draw draw.

also, marauder isnt very good, hydra isnt that good either, you could cut those and lose 8 cards.
