"Braxnorian Soldier" hits "Rothem's Visage + Lythite Coating" .... "Lythite Coating" go into the Graveyard !!!!
...as per the last update i came across, Lythite Coating is currently bugged and will go to Grave whenever an ally is killed (maybe under other circumstances too), so i recommend you not to use it at the moment.
good news is that its been fixed in 2.850 which is currently on Test server ))
