Gravebone, Haste bug I found

I found Gravebone bug related to Haste.

When player uses Gravebone's ability to revive Haste ally such as Rampant Krygon, Krygon cannot do anything in the turn although it has haste.

Is it normal?

In addition, Will to Fight doesn't affect to revived ally by Gravebone's ability.

Before Fate, Gravebone didn't have any haste ally. But, he has now. Don't you think it's bug?

Allies brought back from the graveyard by Gravebone are not summoned so their on-summon ability are not triggered.

Allies won't activate haste, Belladona won't draw a card, DMT won't ping for 1 damage.

Haste requires the ally be summon, even with will to fight that ally hasn't been summon so no haste.
