Ogloth vs supernova

If ogloth is killed by the supernova he should not gain health thanks to the other ally deaths, right ?

Or is it a feature ?

If Ogloth is reduced to 0 health by Supernova than he is considered dead and will be able to gain above 0 health. His ability will trigger and he will attempt to gain health but will still end up being killed and sent to the graveyard as normal.
