中国可以使用irc吗？

我听说在中国不能使用irc，是真的吗？

他们可以用IRC，不然不能和对手碰面。不过用irc前，他们得翻墙。所以比较复杂

有时候可以，有时候不可以
有时候翻墙可以，有时候不翻墙可以
有时候翻墙不可以，有时候不翻墙不可以
确定的是：翻墙容易掉线！！！

Haha, thats why I download QQ on my phone to communicate with them to arrange match. Much easier, plus they are friendly people too! :D
