Shadow Era ETC. New Beginnings
What’s ETC about?
ETC was founded in December 2011 by GondorianDotCom (GDC), and was envisioned as a small group of players who had passion for the game, and could grow not only as players, but as friends too. We aim to put friendship above competition, and to positively affect the community as a whole. Since its humble beginnings, ETC has grown to the point where we were able to create our sister guild ASF, a great place for new players to connect with others and gain valuable play experience.
Core Values
These were the original ideals that GDC envisioned for the guild, and the ones we still operate by:
Enjoyment - Making sure the game stays fun for us.
Contribution - Continuously adding value to the community.
Honesty - A friendship doesn't work without trust.
Integrity - Individual actions should be aligned with the guild's goals.
Honour - The guild's goals cannot be met through dishonourable actions.
Collaboration - Greater value can be achieved through teamwork.
Humility - Show, don't tell.
Humanity - People first, players second.
Why the New Thread?
ETC has undergone some major internal reform of late, and our leadership is now represented by a committee, with myself acting as spokesperson and guild manager.

Currently the majority of our recruitment is being done through ASF, however we would gladly welcome any established members of the SE community, if you feel we are a fit for you.
