I dunno, brother. Maybe you've had an infinitely worse experience than me, but I've dropped about...4 dollars on this game and played it for well over 100 games, I've won some, lost some, encountered some jerks, got an occasional sync issue, but the important thing? The Game Freaking Works. Multiplayer is a cinch, even at 2am when I get home from work, my matches almost always competitive, and when I run into a bug or a sync issue, I'm still rewarded with gold and EXP like it was a win.
So, you're probably a troll and being a moron, expect too much from incredibly inexpensive, high-quality, CCGs, or are like, 7 years old. Either way. I think pretty much everyone is going to disagree with you. So, enjoy being in the wrong for awhile
