Welcome to the first "LEGENDS" official organized play event!
This event will be a monthly ladder with crystals to be won every month!
How it works:
-The firsts to sign up will be granted the top positions in the ladder.
-The sign-ups are always open, if you sign up, you will be placed at the bottom of the ladder.
-You battle each other to get the top of the ladder by the end of the month
-The top 3 players will be granted prizes
-When the next month starts, ladder positions will remain the same. AWOL players will be removed and players can ask to be removed from the ladder.
How to climb the ladder:
-Find someone who's on ladder and pm him to set up a game or find someone who's on the ladder on IRC.
-If you beat a person that is placed higher than you in the ladder, you divide the difference between the ranks by two (rounded up), and thats how much you climb the ladder.
-If you beat someone that is placed lower than you in the ladder, you remain in the same spot
-When you lose a game, you go down 1 spot on the ladder.
Example: BDK ranked 12th and Preybird ranked 3rd. BDK wins vs Preybird.
12-3=9
9/2 = 4.5

BDK goes up 5 spots ( 7th)
Preybird goes down 1 (4th place)
Rules:
-Best of 3
-If you pm someone and he doesn't respond to your challenge in 7 days, is ranked higher than you and within 10 spots, you go up 1 rank.
-A player can reject a challenge if he is challenged by someone 10 spots lower than him. (e.g. #3 can reject a challenge from #18 but cannot reject a challenge from #10).
-To make an official challenge, reply to this thread with your opponent's forum name and ranking as well as your ranking. Afterwards, pm your opponent to set up a date and time.
- You can only have 2 official challenges at a time. Once a challenge is completed, you are free to issue a new challenge.
-You can only challenge 1 person. Your remaining open challenge is for someone else to challenge you.
-You may only play the same person once a week.
-When you beat someone ranked 10 spots or less lower than you, you move up one rank.
If you are currently in first place and beat someone within 10 spots from you, you gain a "wall". For someone to claim your number 1 spot, he must destroy all your walls. Meaning, everytime someone wins a game and is supposed to be #1, you lose a wall.
The number 1 contender can only have a maximum of 3 walls.
If the number 1 spot loses a game, walls are void and he loses a rank.
Reporting:
Please report with these informations:
-Your opponent's forum name and ladder ranking
-Your forum name and ladder ranking
-The winner of the game
Example: BDK #12 wins over Preybird #1
Monthly Prizes: Depends on number of players at the end of the month
