Why the hell did I start playing DOTA?

The problem is mostly that everyone else on my team sucks more than me, and I feel like we always lose for all the wrong reasons.

But I can't stop playing though :/

I don't really care about losses that much. I just play the game and get better.

I don't really feel like my ego takes that big of a hit from losing. If I need to keep winning in order to enjoy the game, why play the game to begin with?

The problem with DotA is everyone being meanies

You always get that guy whos feeding, or that guy who demands mid, or that guy who insists on jungling, and then ragers!

I'm one of the people that request to jungle a lot lmao. I've been playing DotA/HoN for like 6 yeas so I know how to do it properly.. I gank when needed and everything. That game is the most frustrating game I've ever played, but still extremely fun.

I started playing a month or so ago, after having a Dota 2 key for like, half a year, before I watched a TotalBiscuit video and got addicted :P I'm so addicted, but I'm almost always frustrated :P Oh well, it's a good pain, I guess...

Its mainly the community mindset of MOBA's that turn me off to them. I can't usually play unless I'm playing with at least one friend because we can laugh over the frustration. I personally love the genre and the aspect of players coming together to form a team, unfortunately this is the internet and the genre is insanely popular now...

Still, dang fun to play. Couldn't really wrap my head around DotA. I'd rather just stick to League of Legends simply because I know that game far better than DotA or HoN and it makes them difficult to play.

I dislike LoL. They dumbed down a lot of different things compared to Dota/Hon... Things that separate the bad players from the good. But I can understand your situation.
