How about this card idea:

The Combo

8cc

Draw 3 cards, target opposing ally attacks it's owner and is killed, draw 3 cards, summon two 3cc cost allies from your hand, draw 3 cards, summon target ability from your hand, draw 3 cards, target opposing ally attacks it's owner and is killed, all resrouces are renewed and gain 16 health.

Sounds balanced, though you may have a hard time fitting it all on the card.

Why don't we just have a hasted ally that can ping damage other allies and can have extra damage with a certain hero that has free lightning strikes? 2/4 sounds a bit steep so let's make it a 2/2

It could accelerate his mill somewhat, but without being able to steal I don't see it being that awesome. Darkforged Knife would still be better for Prax.
