Does every body can do that? Can I do the same if I bought $10 SC on January 9 ?
(I have already preordered two $10 CLASS STARTER DECK, but do not mind get the third)

January 9th may be okay. If it was an Android purchase, we can refund those. If it was an iOS purchase or one from the Buy Crystals page, we can't process a refund for those directly so I can't confirm those.
