He didn't, Demnchi, one of the forum mods did (says so at the bottom).
Also, the first ally to attack would get +2, as opposed to the first two allies getting +1 each.

Unless you attacked with one of the Hellsteeds first, then it would get +1, and then the following attacking ally would get +1 attack.

Which you could only do if the Hellsteedhad a buffed base attack, because 0 attack allies can't attack normally.
