Go and reread his post. He said "many shadow decks (especially those that run Harbinger) have closer to 2/3 allies". Not just decks with Harbinger.

Lets take a look at all the Shadow decks used by the Top 8 players in both days of all 3 Regional Qualifiers.

    Asia / Australasia Day 1
KA uncle liu's Moonstalker: 20 allies = 51%. Did not run Harbinger.

    Asia / Australasia Day 2
RS Justicar's Zaladar: 20 allies = 51%. Did not run Harbinger.

    Americas Day 1
    BP Mip1's Banebow: 24 allies = 57%. Ran Harbinger.
    BP Vince1992's Moonstalker: 21 allies = 54%. Ran Harbinger.
    TJ streetsahead's Baduruu: 17 allies = 41%. Ran Harbinger.
    BP Maxi1230's Elementalis: 22 allies = 56%. Ran Harbinger.
    MistuhRager's Zaladar: 20 allies = 51%. Ran Harbinger.

    Americas Day 2
    BP lorgi's Banebow: 19 allies = 49%. Ran Harbinger.
    BP Hachi's Banebow: 24 allies = 59%. Ran Harbinger.
    TJ streetsahead's Baduruu 16 allies = 40%. Ran Harbinger.
    BP Maxi1230's Elementalis: 22 allies = 56%. Ran Harbinger.
    MistuhRager's Zaladar: 22 allies = 55%. Ran Harbinger.

    Europe / Africa Day 1
KA final rain's Banebow: 21 allies = 51%. Ran Harbinger.
    BP emigor's Zaladar: 21 allies = 51%. Ran Harbinger.

    Europe / Africa Day 2
Xander Spitfire's Darkclaw: 0 allies = 0%. Did not run Harbinger.
    BP emigor's Zaladar: 21 allies = 51%. Ran Harbinger.

    CONCLUSION

The average % of allies for decks running Harbinger was 51.615% I.e. nowhere near 2/3.
The average % of allies for Shadow decks in general was even lower.

In fact, the highest % of allies in a Shadow deck is just 59%. This could be labelled as an outlier and ignored, and it still isn't close to 2/3.

    T4 Shadowspawn

    bye bye T5 cutlass

or you can Curse of the Aldmor on any ally she plays before she accumulates 3SE.

Still, 13 out 15 ran harbinger excluding my solo deck. Pretty strong statement.

Maybe Harbinger should only discard a card from opponent's deck?

You want to semi buff it? Better to have it only discard from its owners deck

It's a good card, sure. My only argument was that nobody runs 26 allies in a 40 card deck just so it will trigger more often.

It's quite subjective. The discard can benefit the owner more than his opponent in the case of Gravebone, Zaliscard or any deck that make use of Brimstone Devourer/Reactorary.
