Go look at the last 10 decks that ran harbinger in the regionals. Ill bet you anything his math is pretty close to "right" not wrong.

Go and reread his post. He said "many shadow decks (especially those that run Harbinger) have closer to 2/3 allies". Not just decks with Harbinger.

Lets take a look at all the Shadow decks used by the Top 8 players in both days of all 3 Regional Qualifiers.

CONCLUSION

The average % of allies for decks running Harbinger was 51.615% I.e. nowhere near 2/3.
The average % of allies for Shadow decks in general was even lower.

In fact, the highest % of allies in a Shadow deck is just 59%. This could be labelled as an outlier and ignored, and it still isn't close to 2/3.

My problem with Serena is that it is impossible to prevent her from using her ability and cutlass. I just think that 3se: steal a card from your opponent's hand. is a bit too strong and the extra damage isn't bad either. I'm not crying for the nerf bat or anything, I just think that even though you can play around this to some extent, stealing a card from your opponent's hand is by far the strongest 3se ability.

It's a good card, sure. My only argument was that nobody runs 26 allies in a 40 card deck just so it will trigger more often.

It's quite subjective. The discard can benefit the owner more than his opponent in the case of Gravebone, Zaliscard or any deck that make use of Brimstone Devourer/Reactorary.
