    Can't get my crystals

    I used the link in the news to get crystals and although it says that I got 100 crystals, they don't show in my account. Thank you in advance

    Yeah, no mistakes cause I just used the autofill function of my browser so there's no room for error there :/

    The Shadow Crystals were credited to your account on the 5th. Depending on your time zone, it may have been the 4th or 6th locally. You've already spent it and bought a Elemental starter pack.

    same here,waited for 8 hours or more,what is the average time of receiving credits?

    I've also have not been credited for my SuperRewards offers.

    Oddly, I have not received any Shadow Crystals after I leveled up to Level 8 also.

    @Reichgard Which Shadow Crystals were not credited?

    @GoRiLLaH For SuperReward offers, you need to contact their support. To contact SuperRewards, click on the orange "Get Help" button on the Buy Crystals(http://game.shadowera.com/buycrystals.php) page. Then click the "Help" button for the offer that you weren't credited for. And then click "Continue to the offer inquiry page »" at the bottom. In some cases, the message that you gained Shadow Crystals may not have appeared but you always get 25 Shadow Crystals when you level up.

    I have noticed that I did receive Shadow Crystals when I leveled, that was my mistake.

    However, I have over 15 Promotions that have not been rewarded. All have Type(Pending) and Status(Viewed). I have completed 6 Promotions without any problems whatsoever and the Shadow Crystals were credited in a timely manner.

    I am 100% Sure that I have fulfilled the requirements of the promotions that are pending. If you are able to, can you please look into the matter. My User ID is 1896570. I have already sent several messages via E-Mail to offer-points@srpoints.com and I have yet to get a reply. Going through every single promotion that I have finished that states pending and sending a message through their support system would just clutter their inbox.

    If you are able/willing to help, I would appreciate it.
