How to join a Guild

So I used to play le World of Warcraft. On that game, I was in several guilds over the course of 2 years. The guild part was a terrible experience. Just a bunch of Guild leaders complaining they werent good enough for the guild, like we were their children and they were abusive adults, which I suppose was basically the relationship we all shared. One guild I was in actually led to the suicide of several other members (they deleted their characters), while I was just sitting there like "just enjoy the game you spend money on it" because drama over a video game with people youve never met is ridiculous. That being said, I want parental guidance on SE via a guild, so who would accept me?

Well, my experience with a guild during my WoW days are totally different. I had such a good time with my guild raiding, going dungeons, PvPs etc.

Anyways, please look and browse through the list of currently active guilds, to see which guild suits you best.

Wow, all the guilds look amazing.

There are a couple that particularly caught my interest.

I have to ask tho, in your opinion; which guild is the best right now?

Of course i know that joining one has to level down as to whch among the guilds fit you the best.

Well, almost no one can give you an impartial answer, since most of us are in one. So our opinions are biased

Ask yourself the following questions:
Which guild is the most active in hosting tournaments?
Which guild is the most active on Irc?
Which guild is winning the most tournaments?
Which guild is the most helpful and friendly on the main forums?

Like I said I'm biased, but it's pretty easy to count current tournaments being hosted, look through threads to see who is winning the most popups and tourneys (in addition to our own internal one to two popups a week), and who has the most members on Irc at any one time

IRC channel of BP contains a bot who rolls dices, maybe it can help

I was specifically answering your question "which is the best guild right now", from my, as mentioned, biased viewpoint, with some easy to check facts that I think will more than verify the basis of my bias

Of course when you finally decide on a guild the values are the thing that should determine what you chose, because those values determine not just where the guild is right now, but where it is going in the future
