Working as intended or bug?

it seems to me that the ability is not realated to the summons of portal yet the allie can attack if you summon it via ability with portal out.

If this is not working as intended I cant see this as a minion bug

If VoW working right I dont see why this is not

? I don't have an answer- just curious- does VoW freeze the ally brought back with GB ability?

No, because technically they are not "summoned".
Current Portal

should work only on summoned allies as well.

Portal

is intended to haste only allies from your hand. In 1.29 it's fixed. Currently they get haste but their "on summon" abilities don't work.

VoW does not affect graveyard summons. That is not a bug.
