I tried to log in today and got 'error: account banned'

I'm definitely not a hacker or anything like that and I haven't hardly said 2 words in chat the whole time I played. Certainly not anything ban-worthy, "Worst draw ever", stuff like that. So I can't help but think this is a mistake.

Also when I tried to make an account to come on here and say something I noticed that my 'email was already in use', and at that point I realized that to my dismay there is no email confirmation required. Anyone can make an account with my email

I'd like it if this could be cleared up asap as I've got a sizable card collection and have been liking playing this game!
If this could be cleared up or explained to me as soon as possible I'd appreciate it.
I'd rather not post my email address here but the account username is the same as mine here.

Accounts can get banned for reasons other than engaging in exploitation of the game. Also, you've definitely said more than "hardly said 2 words" in chat. Here's some examples that perhaps will refresh your memory:

"a foreigner? with a super cheesey deck? Who's a no lifer? NO WAY?!"
"Pussyyyyyy"
"Lol dumbass"
"Worst draw ever u a lucky bitch"

Those are from 4 different games. All of which were uncalled for and unprovoked. You didn't say them in response to something, you were the one that initiated the slandering.

With the 1 week suspension on your game account, you were informed by email, detailing the suspension. Even if your forum account is not suspended, the normal thing to do is contact support if you have an issue with the suspension; or, reply to the email you were sent. Since your account is supposed to be serving a suspension your Jukeboxe forum account will be banned. I've wasted enough time dealing with all of your accounts and if you keep it up, I'll just request for an IP block instead.

This's was InGame abuse not forum trolling
