Proper behaviour - an apology

I’ve seen some discussions about the proper way of leaving a game when it seems lost and I thought I should post the following:
I used to just start a new game without notice thinking that my opponent would automatically receive a Victory screen and no harm would be done.
Apparently leaving like this can freeze the opponent’s screen (correct me if I’m wrong) and in addition it’s regarded as impolite.

So in short, if I had caused any issues to you guys I am sorry, and here’s hoping for a smoother interface

As far as I know, its when your close the browser immediately during the game, or just forced shutting down the client, will cause your opponent to freeze out.

Starting a New Game from Challenge tab should not be causing freezes.
