Offer Draw is not an offer?

ok I guess it was an error, let me clarify with more info...

1) There had been no chatting during the game.
2) I got no "Offer" window, no chance to accept or decline it just went straight to draw and showed my gained exp and gold (half of winning)
3) There had been no previous offers to draw.
4) I'm on a PC right now (have an iPad but won't play till Apple updates the game), and my hands were not on the keyboard when it happened, so I know I didn't accidentally hit anything.

So with that all being said, and from what you guys are telling me, I guess it was caused by a Sync issue. If that is the case then I feel better about it, there are enough annoyances in the current version to not have to worry about people forcing draw and leaving.

So in the spirit of going back to my original post, let me just say that I JUST HAD ANOTHER ERROR!!!

So annyoying, I was winning, it's hard enough for me to win a lot in 1.28, don't rob me of my wins!!! Oh the humanity!!!!
