Gosh, I fought someone at 200+ playing Victor very well. Never met someone using Victor that well before.
It seems almost every hero is capable to beat other heroes in 1.28.

Victor goes well vs medium ally decks.he sucks against allyless wulven or mages.he sucks against ally heavy warriors cause allies flood his ability...at least he is in hospital room instead if deeply dead like in 1.27

ps:since Hunters is the case we talk about, me thinks it is toooo expensive to pay 5cc for a weapon that only hits for 2 and only lasts 4 turns.nevertheless it is Victor's only HP replenishment (causei dont think anyone uses Crimson Vest.btw that costing 4 would be a very nice Hunter buff!).SS needs rearrange,maybe at 4 cost or better at 5 durability.anyway weapons are supposed to be used for 2 reasons
1)either high killing ability against hero/allies
2)giving board control.after nerfing Gwen (the only alive Hunter in the past) every Hunter bow or armour needs new abilities and costs based on Hunter's new profile which leads to hidding,killing allies and slow board domination.thus they should be cheap and replenishing some HP.only WotF is balanced.Crimson should stay as it is but for 4cc.
BDB is dead,total change OR make it cost 5 and make ability costing 0 SE!!
SS should be 5durability for sure or make it 3atk!!do something!! maybe being cheaper also.
oh and rapidfire also at 4cc! with new Gwen 5cc are illogical to be paid for bows that kill NOONE now!!!

The game isn't balanced around 150 rating, it's balanced around the highest level of play, or what is possible at the highest caliber of play. Doing otherwise just results in things being abused horrendously.

Yes, it's better than it was last patch, but it is -far- from being properly balanced.

imo as long as you have a skilled player using them any hero can be good, the problem with serena is not her ability but her lack of weapon draw, once they add another weapon option and she can have at least 8 weapons in a deck she'll be a viable option again

I don't think it's better than last patch. We have less tier 1 heroes now, and the heroes that are tier 1 now are so much stronger than the rest so that the rest isn't really very playable.

If the tier 1 would be toned down a little bit, we would have a greatmeta though.
