Looks very much like the deck I brought up in an earlier discussion but the additional Santas vs Evil Ascendant for grinding away on thos enemy allies.

How does it hold up so far vs heavy item destruction builds, especially Ter Adun?

I think it's cool that Wulven have 2 somewhat valid heroes now, but my preference lies with my Moonstalker build atm, just feels more fun to play (for me and the opponent ).

I got so confused when I saw your deck post.

    Your deck: crux.jpg

Then I read that some cards are place holders.

As Rayzie has noted in your post, your deck was missing something and that secret ingredient is in Code's deck.

    Still, nice job, Cruxx.

Jeah, an updated deck builder would be awesome. \o/

In the end it's being able to attack twice sooner and grinding some allies to death vs additional deck milling. Evil Ascendant just seems to good to me in a deck without creatures to not include it. Also it might absorb some item destruction and keep your weapons alive longer.
Anyways my thread was more about the general idea of building Darkclaw decks without allies, which this build would be an example for.

Uhm, thanks? Actually a good deal of enjoying this game comes from theorycrafting and deck building for me... Though it can be annoying to have a minor epiphany when trying to go to sleep, grabbing the iPhone and edit around in my decks some more in the early morning hours. ><

I am also looking forward to it! (Thanks to GDC and the rest of the team!)

EA was a topic of discussion, while it does seem to good. It's not needed if you think about it. The rest of the abilities takes care of the allies swarm.

My deck has EA, Code does not, it's ok to be different. I have EA to deal with certain threats. It has also got to do with style and our approach to sac-ing.

Heh, as I stated in another thread, knew this was coming from Code, great deck mate. EA is really just overkill with DC while it helps Moonstalker a bit more (I believe Moonstalker is more forgiving play-style wise, this go-round, overall but not necessarily better for it--time will tell).

Look forward to playing this. Either side of the board, mind you, as I have no issue with technical decks like mill, delay, stall, denial and counter, plus while milling is a viable win, it can also go for weapon-kill at the same time, which suits my personal preference for fitting as many win-conditions into a deck as plausible,

    Cheers,

He pretty much has Moonstalker's 1.27 ability plus the ability to attack for a lot of damage.

At a higher cost though. The ability to attack pushed DC up to tier 1/1.5.
