Shadow Era stays running when I get a phone call.

Specifically, the permission in reference is "Phone calls: read phone state and identity". Mainly the second part is used with Tapjoy's offers and allows them to track your device so you can't make multiple accounts and do the offers. I don't think we're removing Tapjoy anytime soon so this will remain a permission for a while.
