AI matches are still experiencing cases where the match will hang due to issues with the AI's algorithm. We've fixed some cases that caused the AI to hang in v1.28 but as you may have noticed, it's not completely fixed.
This has been an issue all thew ay since v1.27 so we do have the mindset of trying to get the AI working correctly as soon as we can. If you notice any cases where it seems to hang consistently, do let us know and we will look into it.
AI generally doesn't attack your allies, which is not a bug, but certainly a strategy issue. AI should almost always try and kill your allies, exception being if it is about to "burn" [ie destroy] all your allies with some other spell like tidal wave or nova. That logic shouldn't be too hard to program as it has a clear conditional action associated with it [if card to play = tidal wave, then make all allies attack hero before casting tidal wave].
AI also often just doesn't play anything, not sure if its a bug cause I can't see its cards! But it happens often enough that it seems like a bug where the AI just doesn't know what to do, and thus does nothing.

If you started before the reset, you should be better now than you were when you first started. So with the reset, players are not weighed down by their previous losses and should be able to reach a higher rating than before. The reset also helps with game activity and drive competitive play since the top 20 is not as defined as before.

Yeah, the seasons were originally supposed to be quarterly. But with the last one.. it was.. just.. a "tad" longer than 3 months. ^^
Just a tad. But we'll try to keep future seasons to the proposed quarters.
Jerico ability fail
I am unable to use Jerico's ability at all. The target is highlighted, but the activation button never comes up.
You have to wait a while before the button pops up. Or if that's not it, you have to click on the attachment itself to truly target it.
