Fastest top tier deck to build

Past a certain level, the AI pays out the same amount of cash as the online games and they're a hell of a lot faster. Therefore if you're grinding to try to afford a Tier 1 Deck, this is a decent way of doing it but it's not that exciting.

I do highly recommend the offers though. I hit one offer and netted over 2K crystals for a credit service that is free and easily cancelled before costs are incurred. Sweet deal for $0. Took maybe 15 minutes and got all my credit scores as well.

Don't know which offer that is for 2K crystals, I have only seen Discover card come close to that and I don't want Discover again.

What level stops the XP/gold count? I know it was fixed at the same rate before the update, I am still seeing a slight increase at Level 13.
