Problem with SuperRewards payment

Hi,

I have recently bought some Crystal points for Shadow Era on www.superrewards.com

My problem is that they dont want to send me my points, even if my payment was succesfull. I keep arguing with the support of Shadow Era and SuperRewards but they still make me waiting. Now, they asked me a receipt order from paypal, but i paid directly with my credit card, so i don't know how to get a receipt.
