For the rest.. It depends on what you want to do with your deck. If you want to go like the deck in the original post, you should make sure you have 4 worms, and add some reinforced armors as well. At least remove the stall cards, if you post a new deck I'll look into that as well.
just cutting the quote here.. Agreed that it has too much of everything, but stalling is OK - you got Plasmablast to clear the board, and if you got dots on opponent stalling is GREAT.
Anyways, back to subject, here is the newest update on my 1.27 BlastWorms:

Stalling and dots are great if you play allyless. If you don't, it are just cards that will help you LOSE board control, so stall isn't a good card when playing with allies. Same goes for the dots.

The deck seems nice now. I would remove the poison and flames and add 2 Lightning strikes and you're good to go.

This deck is to get your opponent to play allyless. If your opponent swarms you, stalling for that plasmablast or nova draw is absolutely perfect. If you got boardcontrols just sac. your delaycard, pretty simple.

I would argue against the lightning strikes, they cost as much as the dots, but lightningstrikes are not as valuable due to your plasma blast/nova.
