I use 3 Deathmages and they haven't clogged my hand so far. I find that the Bruts I summon end up being taken out in 1 hit, so I suppose Flayers may be better for the additional point of damage. They still die to a stiff breeze though. If you're going to carry Flayers, I think SK would be a better choice for recycling them. In most games, I don't have enough Shadow Energy to pick up every weenie that dies.

I'm torn with Medusil though. It feels like she's stuck between the gargoyles and deathmage most of the time.

PB is nice but resource-intensive. But I think the fire-and-forget style works fine without it. You're going to eventually keep throwing creatures onto the board and grinding them down through attrition.

Well aware that 4 death mages are not optimal because they are unique. I'll be playing around with how much I like the combo with brute over flayer. I'm really on the fence about flayer and leaning towards not a chance.

I figure I resource 2 mages and cycle the other two. They can't cripple him, because then he'll just sit there and snipe.

Birgitte is a Swedish girl's name. The card art is clearly a woman, although it looks like she has had a head transplant. If she can't be called a "she", she should be an "it" (experiment gone wrong?), but not a "he".

Back on subject now: The deck looks strong. I look forward to facing many clones of it on 1.27.

i've tried this deck but replaced mages with steeds (i haven't bought the mages)

works quite well

the bella + knight combo really made me not use my casted research

steeds and bloodlust gives a hell of a damage

i usually enjoy warriors and priests but i'm starting to like gravebone

I play GB as well. Just want to know how to deal with T5 raven when facing warriors without using Supernova.

Bloodlust usually won't work, because if your opp human warriors (no matter Borris or Amber) goes first, you will have no allies on board at that time.

Portal is the key card. Use it on T4/T5 then followed by Shadow Knight + Steed or Brutal Minatour
