Ranking system problem [duplicate]

It happens that I get downgraded in ranking when I oppose other players even if I win ?!
Most times the opponents had a ranking between 100 and 110, while my ranking was between 180 and 200.

This is not a bug, but part of the rating system. It has problems, but is one of the things being changed in the next few versions.
