Wanting to start a new player only tourney

Ok I wanna start a new player only tourney called Newbageddon,

The rules are you cannot have played longer then one week, all decks must be 30 card starter decks, and there will be a bracket format. its a best out of 3 tourney meaning you have to play your opponent 3 games and win atleast 2 to advance I have a lot of extra crystals on my account so if kyle will do it, I will put up 100 crystals as first prize which is enough for a new player to buy a new starter deck to get more cards. looking for some signups. since I am offering the prize I will simply mediate the tourny and provide the prize support.

By the time you have organised the tournament, all the players will have been around for a week.

Bad idea IMHO.

its one week played to signup only, once the tourney starts all the matters is that you only use a starter deck with 0 added or subtracted cards

a starter deck only tourney could be funny.

if it's new player only, i'd set a rating cutoff instead of time (i.e. only people with < 100 rating)

idk though, the titan tourney was hard enough to get people to play their games, and that was an open tourney.

you'll maybe get 16 for this (thinking in powers of 2), more likely 4 or 8.
