Shadow era uses too much power

Not sure if this is android specific but...

I charged my phone. Unplugged it. Played SE for 40 minutes.

Only 40 minutes to drag my phone from fully charged to less than 15% remaining.

Even when playing while plugged in, it drains power!

What's up man? Can we look into a little power conservation please? My other games can be played for a min of 3 hours on end. Max of 6...

I can only speak of my iPad. There I haven't noticed any unusual power drain. Still can play for about 10h (on lowest light setting).
Have you sound turned on and light of your phone at maximum?

The drain is heavy on the iphone, but on my ipad its not so bad. Probably something to do with the better graphics processor on the ipad.

Buy an ipad. I never played on my iphone since I got the ipad. A whole world of difference. Super on the ipad.

On the iphone, it gets very warm too when SE is on. especially in a long-drawn match.

It has been using a lot of processor power from day one. I'm still not entirely convinced there isn't a memory leak, as playing the game for a while on the phone has lead to it slowing down in the past.

Both of these are consequence of science.

Although, it probably takes our less endowed mobile devices alot more effort to process the game, and subsequently drains the hell out of our batteries. I don't play SE unless I can jack in somewhere to charge, otherwise my phone will die in under an hour beneath the colossal strain of processing a huge amount of data, and as we are both aware your mom isn't in the game so I'm fairly certain it has alot to do with jasmines glutes. So TL;DR nerf dat ass

This is basically the problem. And I'm afraid such high drain can't be good for the battery.

How hard can it be to just release a less resource intensive mobile app? Graphics are awesome but we should be able to choose between graphics and playability.

Its not bad for the battery, it just drains it. So long as the electrons are moving then the battery will be fine. Storing a battery for months on end or never letting it drain empty can deplete certain cells but thats about it.
