    I'm sorry, I was asking how your suggestion was better or more balanced then shadowspawn. I completely understand how to use shadowspawn. I'm just in disagreement that your suggested card is balanced, given the lower CC, given the extra draw, and the fact that there is no penalty for playing it.

    But then again, it is for humans, so it fits right in, I suppose.

    Actually my suggestion was to give humans something to manipulate SE, and this card was just am idea, I don't say it's THE WAY. It's Calmdown's task to design cards and we can only give him some hints.
    Some other suggestion could be:

    Leech 3 or 4 SE
    Human ability
    "Target hero does not gain SE as long as Leech is attached to him.
    3 (or 4): destroy Leech. Any player can play this ability"

    Or

    Inquisitor 4 SE
    Human Ally
    2/5
    "When Inquisitor is played target hero can't use his SE until the start of your next turn"

    I agree it's his task, and I'm fine with the idea of giving hints.

    Personally, I think shadow energy manipulation should remain shadow only. I do understand why you want balance so humans can have this function as well. Perhaps it's already in the works with the rest of the set, like item destruction for humans.

    CC, card drawbacks, card advantages, all have to be considered in correlation to other cards. My intent was to get you to understand your suggestion would have been OP compared to shadowspawn.
