Awesome! Between this and the hunter the norm for a 3 cost ally seems to be 3/4. Interesting!

Interesting, I don't see a Class Restriction in the Upper Right corner of the card (like Wulven was on the Pack Wolf), though the "subject like" does clearly identify it as a Shadow Ally.

So any Shadow Hero could use this one?

I was wondering, does it's healing effect stop when it gets to it's base health (4), or does it continually increase to infinity?

This seems like it would be a good card to go with the shadow Hunter hero.

Speaking of which, we should get a peek at the female Shadow Hunter hero next.. Since the human version has been a favorite (though she had some contenders).

Yes, any Shadow Hero can use this card. Some allies are warriors or hunters themselves, some are other classes like Wulven. In the game "healing" always means you restore health up to your original maximum health.

Kyle, are there any issues with the card text on this, or because it's programmed you can get away with such simple power text because the programing will take care of the mechanics?

My questions playing this as a card game would be:

    1) Heals 1 damage from who? another Ally? My hero? Himself?
    2) If it's from another ally/hero does the healing target?
    3) What phase of the turn does he heal? (i.e. can I attack with during the turn then heal the damage he takes after the attack? or does he only heal at start of turn.)

Those are good questions. All card text is written as brief as possible, and is interpreted as simple as possible.

So let's examine "Bad Wolf heals 1 damage each turn"
    1) "Bad Wolf heals" means he heals himself. If you can select a target, it would say "Bad Wolf heals target"
    2) I think this is the same question as #1?
    3) "each turn" will always mean at the start of your turn. If you can use an ability at will, it will always have a casting cost, eg "1 -> Bad Wolf heals 1 damage". Abilities can also only be used once per turn in Shadow Era, then they are grayed out

Since it's a computer game, obviously the computer takes care of all the mechanics, so it is immediately obvious the first time you play the card.
