Friday: 10PM GMT+0 --> 4AM GMT+0
Saturday: 1PM GMT+0 --> 4AM GMT+0
Sunday: 1PM GMT+0 --> 4AM GMT+0

If we are speaking in broad strokes here, generally, Sun-Thr around 1AM-4AM GMT+0 is a safe range for me. Of course exceptions can be made.
