There will be a time when he will be a deck theme, certainly.

But card draw is not going to be a rarity for much longer. The deckbuilding choice soon wont be "can I get card draw into this deck?", the choice will be "what is the right card draw for my deck?".

This card is gonna be abused so much. That's not to say it will be OP, but it will be utilized by a LOT of players. I love card design that rewards creative play.
